Welcome to the first day of this Course

CBUS 295 - Leadership and Professional Development I 
The Leadership and Professional Development courses are designed to help students identify, appreciate and capitalize on natural strengths that will enable them to communicate, learn, and think more effectively.

You will also be able to make critical decisions more efficiently and set realistic goals for success in college and the world of work.

You will learn:

  1. leadership attributes, 
  2. roles and responsibilities; 
  3. resume preparation, 
  4. teamwork and group presentations, 
  5. emotional intelligence, 
  6. importance of credit and being credit worthy, 
  7. etiquette skills, 
  8. conflict resolution 
  9. other personal and professional development skills 

needed to function successfully in today's business environments.

Prerequisites: Minimum grades of “C” in CGED 100 and CGED 101.

This class is about Gratification.

If there is anything I want you to learn in this course, its the importance of Gratification.
