watching these youtube videos really did give me abetter understanding for the term leadership. it also did help with understanding in my management class. the video expanded my horizons on the topic a lot.

ReplyDeleteAt the moment, I do tend to take on the role of the boss so that I can accomplish the goals set as a group. After this class, I believe that I need to make a transformation into taking on the leader role. Learning how to say "We" instead of saying "I" for the most part (When working in groups).
ReplyDeleteThe Slides were very helpful to me to better my leadership skills throughout life. My leadership skills are very good but also can get better. I liked the good vs bad slides of leadership, because it helped me get new ideas to better my leadership skills.

I have been in a team with a really bad leader .. even I cant tell he was a leader because he wasn’t flexible at all and no self confidence which is influence in negative way .. that lead me to moving back

I also believe that you cannot teach someone that is not a natural born leader to be a leader.l; Improving the skills of a natural born leader is something that is possible. There is nothing wrong with not being a leader, everyone cannot be a leader because if they were there would be no such thing.
